Exchanges:

Exchanges are allowed within 7 days and are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Faulty Equipment:

Refunds may be issued at the discretion of the Tipping Skips Ltd team.

There must be clear proof of defect or damage on the day of delivery, to include images and or video of the equipment supplied.

Shipping:

All shipping and return costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the equipment is deemed faulty by the Tipping Skips Ltd team.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Incorrect Orders:

Where possible we will allow changes to an order, changing from one item or model to another, however refunds are not available.

We are able to change orders at no cost provided not work has begun or materials ordered.
