How do I create my own Salient account?

We accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as other secure payment options shown at checkout. All payments are processed safely through our trusted payment providers including Stripe and PayPal.

Will I receive an email confirmation?

What delivery options are available for my order?

How long does delivery usually take?

Most orders are delivered within 5-7 business days. Although this is subject to change depending on product, time of year or with larger or custom items. We will endeavour to update you as soon as we possibly can if the delivery date might be longer than standard.

Can I track my delivery?

Yes – once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email which you can use on the Track Order. If you need to update your delivery address, please contact our team as soon as possible.
